Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

Silverline Willow Community Partners runs community programmes across Chicago, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
