Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Arts Center Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 759 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
