Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Raleigh, NC)

Bluepeak Rook Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Raleigh, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
