Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Raleigh, NC)

Westbrook Yarrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Raleigh presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
