Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Junction Community Partners runs community programmes across Providence, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
