Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Rowan Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Providence, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Providence. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
