Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Providence, RI)

Bluepeak Junction Community Partners is a Providence charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
