Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Junction Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Portland, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
