Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Portland, OR)

Bright Maple Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Portland. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
