Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Glen Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Portland with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 299 people based in Portland. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
