Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Portland, OR)

Northwind Nest Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience.
