We are growing our team at Harborlight Meridian Civic Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. What you will do • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with constituent requests.
