Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Pittsburgh, PA)

Greenridge Bridge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
