Nova Timber Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
