Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Pittsburgh, PA)

Highbridge Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Pittsburgh working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
