Lumen Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
