Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Drift Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
