Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
