Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Phoenix, AZ)

Bright Maple Early Learning runs childcare centres in Phoenix caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
