Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Phoenix, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
