Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Forge Arts Center is an arts centre in Philadelphia with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
