Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Omaha with personal care and coordination, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
