Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Bright Property Management looks after rental homes across the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
