Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Summit Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
