Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ridge Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 896 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
