Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Oakland, CA)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Oakland design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
