Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Oakland, CA)

Silverline Fern Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Oakland, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
