Northwind Birch Arts Center Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Grant reporting experience.
