Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Oakland, CA)

Silverline Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Oakland, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 478 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
