Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Oakland, CA)

Highbridge Timber Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
