Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Basin Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Oakland. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on budget submissions for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
