Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Rook Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
