Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Granite Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in New Orleans supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
