Northwind Summit Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
