Clearpath Kestrel Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
