Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Rook Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Nashville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 213 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
