Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Loom Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
