Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Timber Early Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
