Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Yarrow Civic Services works with county and city offices around Nashville. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
