Harborlight North Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
