Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Birch Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Minneapolis, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
