Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Community Partners is a Milwaukee charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
