Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Milwaukee, WI)

Highbridge Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in Milwaukee with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on budget submissions for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
