Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Fox Property Management is a Milwaukee property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
