Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Miami, FL)

Northwind Thistle Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Miami. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
