Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Miami, FL)

Bluepeak Keystone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Miami design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
