Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Ember Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Miami. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 280 people based in Miami. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on repair requests for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
