Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Bridge Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
