Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Junction Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Miami. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Miami. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
