Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Pike Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
